          整理FB的回覆

          1. 正常睡,大夜那天中午再開始睡到晚上
          2. 正常作息,第一天大夜靠咖啡☕️第二天就調好了
          3. 稍微熬夜後睡,隔天下午睡三小時,起來吃飯洗澡上班
          4. 晚餐早點吃,睡一下再去上大夜班

            D1 白班,
            D1 早點睡(ex 23:00前,設定鬧鐘於
            D2 5:00-6:00醒
            D2 13:00睡個長午睡到17:00~18:00,接夜班(假定是8PM-8AM)
